Important Note:  माननीय परिषद द्वारा यह स्टेप लिया गया कि दिनांक 01-01-2013 से सारे प्रमाण पत्रों पर 11 अंकीय कोडिंग व्यवस्था की जगह पर 12 अंकीय कोडिंग व्यवस्था अपनायी जाये। अब नई कोडिंग व्यवस्था में अन्तिम 5 अंकों के स्थान पर 6 अंक प्रमाण पत्रों के क्रमांक हेतु निर्धारित किये गये है। प्रथम 6 अंक पूर्ववत् रहेंगे।
